Q1. How long does it take for my orders to be delivered?
A. Once your order and payment is received, goods will be normally be dispatched within 48 hours. Should items for any reason not be in stock, you will be advised directly by email/fax/phone or post as to when they will be available, and payment will not be cashed until goods are sent.

Q2. What happens if wrong goods are sent to me?
A. Contact us by email/fax/phone or post, and we will rectify matters immediately and to your complete satisfaction.
