| Height | Measure your child without shoes, feet together and with their back to a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of their head |
| Chest | Place the tape measure under the childs arm and bring it round the fullest part of the chest. It is important that the tape is not tight but rather comfortably loose is preferable. |
| Waist |
It is best to measure a childs waist
with the child in his or her underwear. Place the
tape at the natural wasitline, with one finger between
the tape and your child's body and bring it round
the waist.

| Hips | To measure hips place measuring tape around the fullest part of the body approximately four inches from waist. |
